Shipping policy

Deliveries within Australia are shipped via Australia Post.

All orders are processed within 1-2 days.  You will receive an order confirmation email.

Standard Delivery usually takes between 2-10 working days, depending on your location within Australia. 

Express Delivery usually takes between 1-3 business days.   

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.  Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  

If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time frame of receiving your shipping email, please contact us at info@karmaroad.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.      

Standard shipping rate within Australia is $12.00

Flat rate express express shipping within Australia is $17.00.

New Zealand shipping rate is AUD $20.

International shipping to the rest of the world is AUD $29.00.

Orders over $100.00 within Australia have a Standard free shipping rate.  

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which is incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.  Karma Road is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and is your responsibility.
